First thing right out of the chute, notice the company does NOT have “mining” in its name.

Imagine, if you will, a company that has bought 5 properties on the ocean.  In this case, the “ocean” is one of the most valuable lithium resource locations in the world (Western Canada).

Simply stated, their business model is to sell EACH property and issue either a one-time dividend or shares in a new company EVERY time a property is sold.
